Being a very casual board member who just likes the various shooter-verses, these threads are a big push away from keeping the content alive. We get inklings of returns or new content from 20+ year old projects just to have fights over it

Totally. I fear this fandom is too broken to ever come close to what it used to be. Way too many years of greed, overhyped projects that underdeliver, non-fan creators who want to use Valiant as a stepping-stone, and just general incompetent/mediocre comics for such a niche fanbase to survive.

Alien has started hiring writers and artists. Mostly original Valiant creators from the 90s. They have also met with Dinesh. The owner of my LCS was at one of these meetings with several other people and said Dinesh introduced them to an editor for them to hire (he didn't catch her name) and some creators who were their including Frank Miller, again he was suggesting they work with them. He only knew that other thing involved Joshua Dysart and Robert Venditti because both those names came up and he remembered since he's friends with both of them.

And you're the one who throws all these 'scam' allegations behind an anonymous username, while never offering any proof.

Feel free to not support the kickstarter if you don't like their explanations on the rights. But leave this thread for those that are. We all know there are always risks behind supporting any kickstarter. We just want these comics to be made because we want to read them. And your trolling is making that harder.

BUT, i think the one thing the negative corner are forgetting is that this a a project, by someone who is not experienced in this industry, and is trying to make something work and they're learning along the way. He's not someone Dinesh who has experience and knows exactly what to do and how to do it.

I'm sure some mistakes have been made, but they seem to have been rectified as they come up. If anyone who likes to throw crap from the sidelines can come up with better ways of doing it, why don't they share their ideas?
