Man you are on fire with these pieces. I like the layouts and I'm exited to see how the Solar comes out.

holy *SQUEE*...that solar is *SQUEE* awesome...jumping jesus on a pogo stick.

ok, now i have seen mac do some outstanding art, but that solar piece is AWESOME.

tell me that couldn't EASILY be the cover for the first issue...what better way to reintroduce the world to valiant then to have a full on *SQUEE* off solar looking them right in the eyes.

*SQUEE* i hope something comes of all this.

Your stuff just keeps getting better and better! I really hope the new owners contact you in regards to working on some books when they eventually get to publishing. Your work is just INCREDIBLE!

Thanks Chris. But i don't think thats a possibility.
I would say "Thanks, but no thanks." I have too much stuff on my plate right now and couldn't committ to what will amount to TONS of work.
I do not envy the guys who will start VALIANT up again, they have a hard act to follow.(VH1 that is)

That's why they should make it easy on themselves and get Jim Shooter on board. I doubt if it will happen, but who knows?

Well,it can't be good news if it's so hush-hush. For petes sake it's a shell of a company, with 2nd teir characters. Chaos! comics has a better chance at making a revival than Valiant as it stands now.
If they where to see print again, you would have your core audience and the speculotors and then throw in Wizards manipulation. Tops 75.000 "fans" would commit. Then realize it's not the VALIANT they have come to love, revolt and then back to this forum to say "why didn't they leave it alone!!". Jim Shooter would make a go at it but he's been out of the loop for so long now, i can't see his "vision" of the VALIANT working without the holy trinity. No SOLAR,no MAGNUS,no TUROK ie no VALIANT anything else will not satisfy the demand.
It's frustration all over.
I may be wrong and i hope i am but i don't see this happening.
Too many cooks...
