Pretty disgusting. And I say that as a Giants fan as well.bygranddesign wrote:Eli should have been picked off like 5 times this game
What a putrid game of football
2 pathetic teams
I say this as a giant fan by the way
The almost picks don't matter much in our game, but Eli is my QB in another league and I'm up 5 pts right now. Every near INT is a potential -2 pts.
Last year I had a game with Philip Rivers at QB on Monday night. I went to bed up 9 pts, San Diego cruising ahead and no one playing for my opponent. I woke up and had lost by 1 pt...Rivers turned it over 5 times

Does anyone know how to get hold of Warren? Two straight weeks not updating his lineup properly.

Yikes .. 4 empty slots in his lineup this week that could have easily been filledtchalla8 wrote:Does anyone know how to get hold of Warren? Two straight weeks not updating his lineup properly.
Maybe post something in the Fantasy board .. Maybe Josh Johns, Reber, D.Baron will see it and let him know?

First play Lynch gets concussed, fumbles the ball, and leaves the game with -2 pts...BS&HC win!greg wrote:At the risk of jinxing myself ahead of tonight's game and ahead of tomorrow's league rankings, I just wanted to say:

There is no way I'm #1 by Week 12 (if I even lose next week I'll be #4 or so)... so I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts (IF it happens).

Yeah, it's such a cluster *SQUEE* at the top, and is bound to stay that way. I still can't believe Graham put up a goose egg two weeks ago and we lost by 5 pts...we would have been 6-1 heading into the week. I knew this week would be tough. Your team is real solid.greg wrote:There is no way I'm #1 by Week 12 (if I even lose next week I'll be #4 or so)... so I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts (IF it happens).

I like most of my starters... Brady is a drain... he needs to wake up.BugsySig wrote:I knew this week would be tough. Your team is real solid.
Ellington is the nice surprise that I didn't plan when I drafted.

Ellington put the nail in our coffin this week. His 80 yard TD pretty much sealed it for you...totally turned the match up around.

No offense, but I'm hoping Lynch puts up good numbers so my win is a stronger one.BugsySig wrote:Could be worse, you could have Eligreg wrote:I like most of my starters... Brady is a drain... he needs to wake up.BugsySig wrote:I knew this week would be tough. Your team is real solid.

Losing when scoring over 130 is even more embarrassing...greg wrote:No offense, but I'm hoping Lynch puts up good numbers so my win is a stronger one.BugsySig wrote:Could be worse, you could have Eligreg wrote:I like most of my starters... Since my best WR were on bye, I had a tough decision between Brandon LaFell and Robert Woods.BugsySig wrote:Holy *SQUEE* did you get lucky...if we had kept our other kicker (Zuerline from St. Louis) we would have whooped you!greg wrote:![]()
LaFell was chosen and I won.
If I had picked Woods, I would have lost.

Re: Valiant Fantasy Football - with Warren and Josh!
We played Reed cuz Graham was questionable and going to be limited...also dropped Kenny Stills for Lance Moore. Moore had a good game, but Stills went off...you just never know how these things will work out. Never any guarantees in fantasy football...except Mike Vick getting hurtgreg wrote:Since my best WR were on bye, I had a tough decision between Brandon LaFell and Robert Woods.BugsySig wrote:Holy *SQUEE* did you get lucky...if we had kept our other kicker (Zuerline from St. Louis) we would have whooped you!greg wrote:![]()

Re: Valiant Fantasy Football - with Warren and Josh!
Can't remember a team losing via safety, so that was kind of exciting. After last weeks 50 point barrage from Megatron, kind of bummed by the lions bye week, but I've picked up a few pieces so we shall see.
Though 16 team leagues certainly bring some exciting weeks as no team is incredibly deep.

Re: Valiant Fantasy Football - with Warren and Josh!
What a crappy painful week that was, Bugs and I took a beating
We thought we would be sitting pretty this week as we had the Tennessee D and Wright as WR and wouldn't you know it, it's the first game of the year the Jags decided to actually show up
Then we had that stupid last second TD to Cincinnati's Green, that hurt. Thanks Baltimore
At least we still had Jimmy Graham...who spent 80% of the game on the sidelines while NO went on to roll all over Dallas and rack up a ton of points. Not our guy, we got a lousy 10.9 out of our best guy.
Add to that the usual anemic performance from Eli Manning and all in all this week was a real *SQUEE* peach!

I'm embarassed to say that I had the Tennessee D and dropped it for a third kicker.hawkeyeps wrote:We thought we would be sitting pretty this week as we had the Tennessee D

I got in a hurry and picked up a kicker and dropped the last slot on my roster (thinking it was a kicker)... dropped the Tennessee D.

Thankfully, I don't think I'll need a good defense to win this week, but it could be fun to watch tonight anyway.

Re: Valiant Fantasy Football - with Warren and Josh!
I finally had crap week. The perfect storm of ineptitude...oy...
