Shadow5555,

Thanks for the W O N D E R F U L reviews. They are well written and just the type of insightful info which will help the person considering trying the Valiant Universe to hop on board. These reviews are just what we were hoping for more members to do.

Also, in checking on Amazon's site, as of this writing there are 41 reviews for X-O #1, 21 reviews for X-O #2, 28 reviews for Archer & Armstrong, 34 reviews for Harbinger, 28 reviews for Bloodshot and only 6 for Shadowman. This means that there are plenty of opportunities left for VF.com members to try their hands at doing reviews for these TPBs. AND, we're still waiting for some ambitious individuals to do some VIDEO reviews. I have to believe that with all the creativity on this board, that someone is just ready to really show their talent with one of these and frankly I can't wait to watch it!

100% agree on the Video Reviews. Someone be a hero and do them.

I will attempt to do one when I get the next TPBs.

Thank you both for the kind words, I'm done reading the Bloodshot HC, and have X-O Vol 2 and Shadowman sitting waiting for me (I just need to give them a once over since I read X-O a few weeks ago and need to refresh my memory and same for Shadowman it's been over a month since I read my singles and I just want to get back up speed on things before I review them) Bloodshot maybe tonight, but something at the least by Sunday.

I'll respectfully decline the invitation for the video reviews though, I do much better writing than speaking and in front of the camera, let's just say it wouldn't be pretty. :D

Just glad to be getting the word out, and thanks to you both for your generous offer and encouraging words. Cheers. :clap:

UPDATE - 05/21

Some are wondering... Yes... we are *ahem* still here... and working on this. There was a bit of a delay. ********'s running room to room. In the meantime, if you haven't already done so. Please take your time to review the latest TPB's on Amazon.

X-O Manowar Volume 2: Enter Ninjak TP
http://www.amazon.com/X-O-Manowar-Volum ... pd_sim_b_4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Shadowman Volume 1: Birth Rites TP
http://www.amazon.com/Shadowman-Volume- ... pd_sim_b_1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I have a suggestion.... I think if more reviews start coming in. The quicker the ********'s will run. :poke:

Just finished Shadowman, all the tpbs now have one review each on Amazon.ca.

I'm still the only one but at least a little 5 star thingy shows up on the listings now.

UPDATE - 05/22

After reading Comic Impact's scenario..... We wanted to provide the participants with some information for those waiting patiently for their ITEMS.
(After all, its been 38+ days since this was announcement was made right?) :hm:

It’s important for Bruce and I to let the participants know that we have received news from Dinesh very recently that everything we have hoped for will be delivered :thumb: Also, we want to assure everyone that we are on top of each stage in completing these items.

From the first post, we have said.... "Valiant was so impressed and appreciative of our help with these reviews that they are giving yet ANOTHER bonus beyond what they have ALREADY done! ...... 22 items will be UNIQUE to the participants and will not be exactly replicated again in the future."

CLUE #6 is also something important to mention as well.
"Even Bruce and I may be surprised!!!! Who knows what lies within"

So what’s taking so long…..

Here’s another teaser..... (In 8-bit format) :cloud9:

Take your time Elery, it is all good.

I have know idea what that 8-bit picture is. Looks like a V in the upper left corner though.

Maybe the 22 items are valiant embroidered flags with our username on them. Or quilts to use when it is cold.

I see the new Valiant logo and the Valiant Fans logo. Everything else is random dots so I'm assuming it's a pair of pins on a cardstock backer. Pins...or patches. :hm:

I just googled "8 bit image analyzer"... doesn't exist. I was hoping I could drop the image into the Bat-computer and get some kind of read out. :!:

In the game Portal, someone discovered a hidden Easter Egg, where if you clicked on it, it spewed forth a strange computer audio sequence. Well, some genius recognized it for what it was, an SSTV (slow scan television) encoded signal. He fed it into an SSTV analyzer and... voila!
