Well... I guess I lurked around quite a bit back in the old days... I can actually remember when Paul Smith first posted though I never saw the following posts that started months later.
Did it start on the old board? I vaguely remember there being forum/board changes back in the early millenium years...

Welcome, Daniel. Nice to meet you, bro. Yeah, I love X-O Manowar as well. Robert Venditti is probably my favorite comic book writer out right now. Have you read his work on 'Demon Knights', or more recently, his work on 'Green Lantern'? It's simply fantastic and jam-packed with action. Character development is really a strong point of his as well. If you haven't read his other work, you should give it a shot if you get the chance. Peace.

PaulSmith was my hero, but it was tragically only for a short flash of my time here on Valiant Fans... Once I took the brave, bold step into that terribly frightening, unknown world of my second post, I simply felt I could no longer relate to Paul & his epic achievement. I had touched greatness, but then I fell from grace.
