Yeah, some were definitely easier to hear than others. I'm going to try to listen and write down some of the points that haven't been touched on yet.grendeljd wrote:I just finished listening - thanks for recording & sharing. Quality was pretty good! I could hear most of the guys speaking clearly, although some of it was tougher to pick out depending on the speaker, even cranked up on my iPad.kjjohanson wrote:Just wondering if anyone listed to the audio posted from the panel, and if so, was it audible without a problem.
One thing I forgot to mention (I'm pretty sure that this was covered in the panel towards the end, with Fred Pierce sitting right behind me): they're still working out the details of exactly what "prestige format" means to them, but certainly the Valiant will be printed on a thicker stock than the other books (although not as thick as the cardstock covers from squarebound books that fans generally associate with the term), at no extra cost.
If you're not a *SQUEE*, you're okay with me.

Somehow I was imagining them to be squarebound, like the Deathmate books of yore. No matter, can't wait to see it. It got a lot of coverage in Comic Shop News this week.kjjohanson wrote: they're still working out the details of exactly what "prestige format" means to them, but certainly the Valiant will be printed on a thicker stock than the other books (although not as thick as the cardstock covers from squarebound books that fans generally associate with the term), at no extra cost.
