My guess is that Bob Hall has it. Bob L. would give the books to that artist/writer on the series for reference, but not consistently. It wasn't a policy thing - he just gave me that one volume so that I could get details like Phil's house consistent with what had come before. I'm not sure whether I was supposed to give it back; at the time I saw it as a gift.
