When I picked these up in SDCC from (nameless) He did grab a few of them before handing the whole stack over in the box I mailed to Greg in. How many? I watched him grab no more then 3-4 of them without the said hologram and embossing was done by Greg.
Of course he printed them....so the number he actually printed is unknown.

Why waste time learning, when ignorance is instantaneous?

None of the 200 that I had were unaltered.jedimarley wrote:I was under the impression that you altered the print.greg wrote:It is my understanding that the number printed was higher than the number I received.jedimarley wrote:They did exist. Were any unaltered?
It was made very clear to me that one of the stipulations of the distribution
of these lithographs is that the reference to the convention must be removed.
All 200 of the copies I had have holograms to meet this requirement.

Well, it's conceivable that someone could also buy the same holograms,siren3-4 wrote:Bottom line is that the Hologram denotes it is one of the "official" 200 . . right ?
so I'd say that the hologram and the embossing are the "proof".
(It's also possible that someone could fake the embossing,
but at this point, it would be a lot of work for nothing...
because these aren't selling for more than original cost.)

After reading this entire thread I feel I need to clarify. I do have a non-hologram version & I didn't get it from "he-who-shall-not-be-named". I know very little about any of the logistics of how these were made or distributed. All I know is that a copy was offered to me & I accepted.jedimarley wrote:Zero wrote:Yes, there were some...jedimarley wrote:So... The anal completes in me wonders if there are unaltered versions to track down.
