I also love Quantum and Woody, which might explain a lot...

All that being said, OTV VCR #7 features some dudes I know, like and respect. So I gave it a shot.

I think I'm hooked now. And the podcast has Hawkeye's "One more point for you on the *SQUEE* scoreboard" line to thank for it.

Agree with Chiclo and Sean, the artwork for The Valiant felt very different for VEI. Good, but something I can't quite put my finger on it. The color palette was very subdued in some way, imo.

Liked all of the other points you guys made, the fairy tale feel, the prestige format, the Bloodshot Reborn launch point, etc.
