recent pickups --

Post by cmixer »

Is there a combined/running recent pickups thread?

Yesterday i went to a store i have never been to (2 hours from home).
I was on that side of town for a different reason.
It was mainly a toy store (80% toys, 10% cards, 10% comics).
The comics that were organized alphabetically were all overpriced.
They had 8 long boxes of $1.00 books that had not been touched in 10 years.
Lots of drek. In literally the LAST box, in the corner, abandoned to time:

While pre-Unity and desirable for completists, there's nothing particularly special about the Harbinger #2, but all of the others are key firsts!

Does the Harbinger have the coupon?
If you're not a *SQUEE*, you're okay with me.

Moments like that make collecting old comics a great pastime. Congratulations!

Sweet!
Alone, listless, breakfast table in an otherwise empty room.
