Question about Outcast comic
Quick question about the one-shot Outcast Comic released by Valiant in 1995. Is this part of the original VH1 universe or is it off by itself somewhere? Thanks

It does not really tie in to the rest of VH1 in any way but it is included in the complete set.
You won't be missing anything other than Outcast 1 without it.
