Well, I guess I at least raised the prices some of these went for.

I am surprised that the Plasm 0 pages sold as high as they did. I think it would be cool to matte them next to the corresponding Plasm cards.

I am surprised the Prudence and Caution cover sold as low as it did. I should have bid more aggressively on that one.

I ended up with the parrot feathers. I liked that piece when he first showed it.

I missed out on the X-O art done by Cliff Van Meter and someone got that at a steal for just over $9! I was surprised the Harbinger #5 page featuring Pete and Harada didn't go for more than $330. That's a nice page that I could seeing going for more like $600 with the right buyer at the right time.

Agree and also regret not being more aggressive on the cover. Otherwise I am very pleased with my results. Always close to impossible to predict what goes high or not. I hope Chris is happy. Took guts to list so many great auctions with no reserve.

Congrats on the feather piece, I feel Chris had put up some of his best pieces.

Thank you all for the bids and interest. I am glad that some of you were able to get what you were after at a fair price. I am extremely happy with the results. Many sold much higher than I expected and a few sold for less. I had expected the totals of all to be @4500-$5000 and the end result was @$8500.

Here's the story on why I started them at a low opening with no reserve. As I was going through my pages deciding what to sell I had every intention of selling my normal way with a higher opening bid and a BIN option. But a strange thing happened. I was listening to family life radio and a minister talking about trust in God. Then I heard the following. "Nothing you have planned or expect will be as grand or as rewarding as Gods plan for you if you just let go and trust in him."

I took it as a sign and put my trust in God that everything would work out to his plan and not mine.

I feel this truly was a blessing and I will now be debt free and have a savings.

I couldn't have planned or expected anything better.

yeah i wouldn't have payed attention if they started on a high bid. I saw the opportunity to buy art for cheap. as i was combing through the art looking for the pages people weren't bidding on i fell in love with the turok page and decided to put all my eggs in that basket.

got to love the psychology of buying.
