Shadowman vol 2, 16b, glow in the dark

Hello everyone! I am trying to find a NM+ copy of the glow in the dark variant for Shadowman 16b, at a reasonable price. I have VF copy of it but really want 1 in better condition. I have seen a few, in the same condition as the 1 I have but the asking price is $300+. Thats a little steep for a book that is only worth about $350 in CGC 9.8. I do not have any NM+ copies. To be honest, $350 for a 9.8 would be crazy low. I would have paid around $500-550 when I was collecting.

I have some nice copies, but nothing NM+
