The Batman Spawn crossover with McFarlane and Miller?

I was so excited about that book [those books] coming out. I knew they were going to be the best thing ever.

It was the first book that I bought because of the hype and was left scratching my head.

Also, Dark Knight Returns or whatever.

I thought Miller was tops [somehow forgetting the Spawn thing-I think I blamed Todd] and to see this I was so so sad.
Dark Knight Strikes Again, I assume?
DKR is not only my favourite Batman story, it is my favourite comic.

Even the greatest talents have their failures... Frank Miller's biggest was Robocop 2.
I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

it probably won't be popular choice but, VEI Valiant. The hyped return of Valiant is what brought me back to comics after over a decade of indifference.

I liked the style of the Spirit and appreciated what he was trying to do. Not sure I'd refer to it as a disappointment, personally, but it could have been far better.

The Dark Knight Strikes Again has to be worse, doesn't it?

What about those Spawn crossovers?

Trust me if you think Robocop 2 is bad The Spirit is even worse (although Sam Jackson is hystically over-the-top).

Aside from the first death of Valiant? Probably the way Dark Horse killed CGW and its rebrand. Next to that....Red/Blue. The story that permanently killed Superman for me and drove me away from DC and comics for years.

The Transformers: Revelations-Furman's stupid cosmic storyline concludes.
The Transformers: Maxiaum Dinobots-Furman's even more stupid Earth based story concludes
The Transformers: Heart of Darkness-DnA show that they NEVER write a Transformers comic ever again.
Dragon Age-a bad Huberto Ramos wanna be artist and dull story show why EA should leave their comics to be published by people who know what they're doing.

I still regard it as one of the worst movies I have paid to see.
VEI - I look forward to you one day publishing MORE than 9-10 books per month
