somehow I missed 100, so your post made me go back and listen....I'm half way through and I feel much smarter...

I just started the first SDCC episode today. I was so glad to hear the interview with Matt Waite. I've been a fan for a while. I was really excited when the announcement of him doing this bit covers happened. I would love to get my hands on one of those NES cases he hid at C2E2

When you are in it, it is crazy. I will say, that last year seemed longer and more......

The second podcast is from SDCC. We recorded 2 episodes.
Why not as much valiant? Not sure. The only variant I saw was the 1:20 Q&W
There were some VH1 books but not much new valiant, I saw a few books here and there, but not much.
I did talk a lot of valiant with the dealers and with other attendees.
I did meet some peeps who were reading some of the new Valiant.

Supply and demand.

Dealers spend a lot of time and money to set up at SDCC. I think there is still little back issue demand for Valiant books. Bringing Valiant books would take valuable space that can be used to bring merchandise with a greater demand.

You know, I don't think they mentioned Shadowman. That may just be because nobody involved with Shadowman was on the panel. They didn't mention Quantum & Woody much until Q&A, even though it is the title that just hit a week previous. I think they were talking about subjects that played to the knowledge and work of the folks on the panel.
