The silver card it was on was also very nice, thanks so much Sanders and Miss Jay!

I'm an automatic in for any new patches you do, this is a great promotion
Agree 100%. Top quality patch, and the card just seals it, making receiving the patch a special experience.

Wow, it is so great to hear the kind words from everyone! Glad you liked the cards - If anyone still has their patch on it feel free to post a picture :) Also, I hope that you post some pics of whatever you use the patches for!

We are ordering the next round this weekend and we should have some samples to post up pretty soon. There were a few people that thought that they would like the patches to be a bit smaller (for applying to hats and bags and such), so we are going to try going with 2.5 inches instead of 3. So a bit smaller, but I actually think that it will be even closer to the lapel size that you see in the newer Harbinger issues.

I think that we are going to go with a full 50 of the original colors as well as 50 of the new, so there should plenty for everyone and they shouldn't sell out quite as fast.

We are also having the stamps for the books made this weekend so we will post samples of these as well as the new patches asap.

Thanks again everyone!

Jay just finished the design for the stamp that is going in the books and here it is!

Image

Hopefully it will help some more people discover the community here!

I think that we will use blue ink to stamp it on the title page since the titles in the books are red. That way it will stand out in the page

I'd get a new patch if I figured out what to do with the old one yet haha.

I need to jackify that (put on a jacket) ASAP. My next purchase towards Valiant is definitely going to be a shirt from their store. I haven't gotten anything from the store yet and those shirts are too great to pass up. I especially love that Lemire art on the Harby tee.

Jackify, love it!

We got a couple of the shirts and the Harby one is my fav too. I think that I may be holding off for a while because I bet they are going to have some awesome stuff when we get closer to Unity.

It would be cool to see some bumper stickers and I would totally love to see a postcard set of 40 or so of the best covers. A sticker set of all of the the characters would be cool too. Anything that they can use the symbols on... coasters maybe? A Shanhara stress ball... a talking goat action figure... a vinyl bank... pint glasses. The possibilities are endless! Stuff for my desk would be cool, like a mousepad and such-

Just picked up the order of 40 trades from my LCS!

Image

Now we are just waiting on getting the 10 Bloodshot trades to go with these and the stamp to arrive so that we can stamp them all!

We have 5 great libraries that are willing to work with us, so two of each title (10) to each one! I can't wait to post a pic of them on the shelf!

The next round of patches will go towards the Bloodshot trades and then after that towards the second volumes. They are more pricey, but it will probably be fine to give the libraries just one of each of them. The number ones are what is really important to have more of in my opinion, but for the people that get interested the second arcs are when things really got good imo.

I am also looking for 5 more libraries that are willing to work with us like these are.

Right now, we are waiting to hear back on the next patch batch, but it looks like we will be doing an even better thread count with a slightly smaller patch size, so they should look really tight! More on that soon :)

These puppies are ready to meet the Dewey decimal system! Just have to get those Bloodshot books and these will be shelved! Can't wait!

We should have the finished new patches arriving late next week, at which time I will probably start a new thread.

Just received the box of trades from Valiant that Dinesh donated - he matched the amount of books that we bought, so now we have 80 books altogether! As soon as I order 20 Bloodshot trades with the next round of patches it will be time to approach the libraries. I should have more info on the new patches later this week...

Although the package looked like it had been through HWIII, the books were still in great shape!
