Treasures Found In The Cheap Comics Bin
My latest search was a personal all time best.
X-O Manowar: 1-8, 13, 67
Solar Man of The Atom: 1,2, 10
Shadowman: 0
Terminator Endgame: 2 & 3
Aliens: Colonial Marines: 2
Thunderstrike: 4
Battlestar Galactica (Maximum Press): 1
Dork Tower: 31
Obviously the major finds are the old Valiant comics. The others were either interesting or Thunderstrike's case a filler for a gap in the collection.
So what ok, good, or great finds has anyone else recovered from the cheap bin?

Re: Treasures Found In The Cheap Comics Bin
Probably the best find I have ever pulled out of a cheap bin was (Uncanny) X-Men 137 for a quarter.
Another fellow that used to post here found an Albedo Anthropomorphics 2 (first Usagi Yojimbo) for 75 cents.

Re: Treasures Found In The Cheap Comics Bin
I've found some decent stuff in quarter bins. The condition is the biggest gripe. But especially now that I own many of the gaps in digital format - reading them was never a concern. Just filling.
Found a few X-Men holes. 113, 115, and 117. I think. All were good-plus-ish... But to fill in... I am okay.

I found a Predator/Magnus TPB for $1 at a Vintage Stock in Missouri. A month later I went back to the same Vintage Stock and found another Predator/Magnus TPB a $1.
Lighting struck twice and I still can't believe it.

I forgot.
Few years ago, found X-O 68 AND Bloodshot 51 - both in the quarter bins. Neither was stellar shape - but both nice ones.

Re: Treasures Found In The Cheap Comics Bin
Found the following books yesterday at my local comic show. All of them were from dollar bins from various dealers and are in near mint shape with the exception of two books.
Superman Man of Steel #17 2x copies - one of them is the rare 2nd print, partial first appearance of Doomsday
Alpha Flight #33 2x copies - first appearance of Lady Deathstrike
Daredevil #254 2x copies - first appearance of Typhoid Mary
Daredevil #380 - scarce final issue of vol 1.
Avengers #257 - first appearance of Nebula
New Mutants #87 2nd Print - first appearance of Cable
Classic X-Men #1 - Just for the heck of it
Bloodshot #30, 31, 32 all Newsstand price variants. - Very rarely do I find all three at once.
X-O Manowar #2 signed by Bob Layton
Rai #33
