I stand by my assertion that this book won't be over 1k anytime soon (within a few years). I just think collectors would focus on the VE1 books (which at this point seems like a never-ending quest), instead. For $500 I could probably get all the Harbinger VE1 books released to date...

I didn't think this was the case in the past, but I think you are correct. It appears the new readers have more interest in the new books. Maybe in time that will change.

Thanks for the info. I am keeping the sale in the thread but adding in bold that the deal fell through. We had one other case like this before and I kept the sale in the 1st post and made a note about the deal falling apart.

NP Iggy! ZWH told me some vindictive buyer BIN bombed over 23k worth of his auctions...we appreciate your efforts, but I wouldn't hold it against you if you didn't want to maintain this thread on a continual-sale basis anymore. I think maybe if the book hits a few sales in/out of a new range, an update to that affect would be good enough. It's safe to say the price on VH1s iconic book has been stagnant to say the least, neither up/down.

Yeah, I don't think it will be over $1k in the near future. Population has been increasing steadily with little new sales activity.

I don't mind tracking the auctions. It's a key Valiant comic as well as a key 90s book.

Be patient ... The trend suggest that Harbinger #1 with 99 in the census will suggest the lower demand with higher supply. I'm waiting patiently.
