Shadowman? Did someone say... Shadowman?
The same article from the New York Times, but it mentions a character that's come up once in a while around here.

I thought it might need its own discussion.

You would think the NY Times would have better proof reading/editors. Can't believe they would screw up the name...it's NIghtman, people! Shadowman was that knockoff over at Malibu...idiots.

Pretty exciting news! I wonder if that means the Shadowman comic is on it's way.
And Ninjack??? REALLY?!

Obviously it was a typo since thats an ultraverse character. Kinda got me worried though. A bob Hall one would rock... An acclaim one...
It's not that I don't have an avatar... I've just been working on it for the last few hundred years.

After Steve Englehart plagiarized Shadowman #1 (which he also wrote, so he plagiarized himself but that doesn't make it any better) in Night Man #1, I could never stomach that character. I watched one episode of the show just to see how bad it was. And it was indeed pretty bad. Worse than M.A.N.T.I.S.Chiclo wrote:He had a tv show too. Lasted two seasons. I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

MANTIS was the one with the ancient wizard stuck in the hot babes body, right?Heath wrote:After Steve Englehart plagiarized Shadowman #1 (which he also wrote, so he plagiarized himself but that doesn't make it any better) in Night Man #1, I could never stomach that character. He was an ancient knight. He worked for an ancient wizard. And that wizard had an enemy named Boneyard.BugsySig wrote:MANTIS was the one with the ancient wizard stuck in the hot babes body, right?Heath wrote:After Steve Englehart plagiarized Shadowman #1 (which he also wrote, so he plagiarized himself but that doesn't make it any better) in Night Man #1, I could never stomach that character. The ORIGINAL M.A.N.T.I.S. show was very good. The...version that became the series, was *SQUEE*.Heath wrote:After Steve Englehart plagiarized Shadowman #1 (which he also wrote, so he plagiarized himself but that doesn't make it any better) in Night Man #1, I could never stomach that character.
