SLABS!
I would have listed them here, but it's CGC Virtual Comiccon weekend so I put them up over there. Take a look.

No, it's the first appearance of Darque's mother, silly. A common British colloquialism.greg wrote:"1st Mater Darque"

We see her standing at the bedroom door: "You boys stop rough housing and get to sleep! Now! And you! Put down that crowbar!" Slam!
You don't have that issue?

That dude always scared me. Just that evil look alone does it every time.

I'm trying to buy your EW 5 & 6 slabs and had to hit the quick reply button because I couldn't find the pm button in your thread placeholder. Help!

Hey there. Just sent you a PM in the other forum.geocarr wrote:I'm trying to buy your EW 5 & 6 slabs and had to hit the quick reply button because I couldn't find the pm button in your thread placeholder. Help!
Please delete that post in the VCC forum area, and just PM CKB. That area is just for sellers to list their books, and all transactions take place outside the forum area.
It can be a little confusing at first, and the Collectors Society should really make it where the area is locked down if those are the rules.

If I lock the thread down, then no one can create a new booth...

Being the VCC forum moderator, people would request to open a sales booth. Then you would grant them access.sckao wrote:If I lock the thread down, then no one can create a new booth...

Re: SLABS!
This common British colloquialism is almost certainly derivative of the latin word for mother, which is mater.jmatt wrote:No, it's the first appearance of Darque's mother, silly. A common British colloquialism.greg wrote:"1st Mater Darque"

I didn't catch that before. But I bet his buddies from Clerks and Chasing Amy also make an appearance.
