Yes, the last two auctions were JayJay's copies. Luckily, I got them both.

Yes, at least for this book they do. Hence, researching the price of a CGC 9.8 copy....both copies are still in their original cardboard box with the label as shown on the auction. I didnt open either of them.

So theoretically there are 250 copies of this HC book and possibly a handful more unsigned copies out there or subtract a reasonable percentage of copies that may be lost forever for a variety of reasons.
How many people want a copy of this book bad enough to seek it out?
Is that number greater than he number of copies available?
If so, supply and demand dictate that the value of the book increases.

I don't think there are 200 or more people actively seeking this book. I have been looking for it since 2007 but my maximum price is $75. I would also love to have the HC and the TPB in 9.8 or higher for my personal collection. But I don't think it would be a money-making investment.

Now if the Broadway comic universe is resurrected and puts out one or more blockbuster movies......
things could change. Here's to holding your breath.

All that said, congratulations on scoring two copies of a very nice book that I have been searching for and have yet to own for 5 years.

Will CGC list it as qualified? I don't think they should, but I just don't know how they would play that.

I thought of going for them but 3 copies is more than enough. Perhaps if the selling price were set at the cover price
