I could not find this issue at any local comics shops. Does anyone have a spare copy that is without a store stamp that they could spare? The only thing I have to trade is America's Got Powers #1.

Even if there are 100,000 copies (a rough estimate), a BUNCH of them went to people who stood in line at an LCS and just grabbed whatever they could.
Those aren't generally collectors who "treasure" free comics, so the number of nice copies in collector homes will be significantly lower than 100,000.
That's pretty much in line with the print runs on the original pre-Unity books (significantly lower than 100,000 copies).
Obviously, these aren't 20 years old, but there definitely isn't a crazy amount of them.
