That's why it's 9.6 - 9.8, and not a straight up 9.8. The seller IS qualifying the grade, Bloodshot! :)

I don't think those are the oversize OS cards.
They are probably the numbered regular size "Specials" cards at the end of the Valiant Era II set (#249-258).
