Long time Valiant Fan

Post by MarrowMan »

Hey peeps, I'm MarrowMan and I started reading Valiant around 1991/92 when I was about 15/16. Me and my dad used to sell comics at a flea market, and I would always encourage him to get the Valiant Titles! We started collecting about 3 or 4 months before UNITY began I think. We collected them until about 96 or so and then I quit going to the flea market, and pretty much stopped reading at that point (basically when VH1 Died, and they revamped into VH2, which IMO was a shame.) I have (had? I have no clue no) about 3 or 4 hundred Valiant Issues, from just about every series. I have literally read every Issue from all the original series. I can't wait for the relaunch!!!!!!!    end

My story is almost the same, except we actually owned a comic shop. I really liked Magnus when it first came out and encouraged my family to keep getting extra Valiant because I knew it was going to get big. I still remember ppl coming in almost fighting to get some of our Harbinger #0s or Chrome Bloodshot #1s. Oh the 90s.

Thanks for sharing!
