Thought for £1.99 in NM im happy to have multiples.

I was VERY pleased to find one of these myself on the cheap. I really like how it is larger than an ashcan yet smaller than a comic. That glitter/foil "X" really highlights the cover.

OH OH !! My bad, I think I am just very focused on that darn 'glitter X' variant. There are some VERY nice copies of your new addition book out there. It makes me want to pull my box o' goodies out and double/triple check to ensure that I indeed DO have all of those cover variants.

One thing is that I am positively HOOKED on trying to obtain all of the CGW Omnibuses !!! Those mini-TPBs are SWEEEET as is the book you just picked up. I REALLY like that holofoil stuff !!

I love that glitter one too and have no idea if i have it, as i basically lost my list of CGW books on my pc :?
So when i sort any new ones they just go in a box and have a serious need to be checked.
I know a year ago i was really doing well on my CGW, so now i must near all standard issues.
The premiums are lovely, but since Bruce chipped in with the DIamond and Capital pack variants i have renewed my interest even moreso.

I picked up three mint Diamond packs for $25 shipped to the UK, so that was also cool.

I dont have any of the omnibus editions yet, but agree the format is lovely and not too pricey, even more with discounts.

I saw that one dude and agree it was indeed and awesome deal without a doubt.

I love the 4 collected editions, took me ages to get all four in genuine high grade, but love em to bits.

Same here... it is a pretty good deal considering what the shipping would be if you tried to get these separately. The TPBs are AWESOME and I lucked out on some stellar looking copies which are HARD to find in that condition. Should you decide to read these (understood that probably buying these means you WANT to read them, but I also understand that the single issues captured in the TPBs are EASY to come by cheaply, natch), be aware that you will really need to clean your hands as the oil and fingerprints REALLY show up on the TPBs.

It's been a couple of years but I got a long box of Crossgen with no dupes for $10 or $15, can't remember which. I could have filled two more boxes with dupes at the same price but passed ... kind of regret it now.

funny how that goes in the comics biz.

two years ago, those 1990s Darkwing Duck books were dirt cheap ... now they're $8-12 books.

all it takes is a good revival. although, I don't know how promising this "new take" on the Crossgen books will be.

I picked up

3 copies Deathmate Prologue gold
2 copies Deathmate Black gold
1 copy Deathmate Blue gold

for a buck a piece.

I kinda feel like I overpaid but I just can't leave a gold behind.

Nice job Chiclo. It must kill people when they have to let 75 comics go for a penny.
