I try and really crush the ball and that is not working for me..I need to let the club work, when I can do that I can hit he ball straight, but any time i try and muscle up on it the ball goes flying off somewhere...
I think that it is too many years of baseball..that and the golf swing is about the most nunatural thing I have ever done...

Hey, it worked for me today. I took a lot off the swing and hit the ball better than I ever have. I still suck, though.

As I understand it swinging too hard is the problem of everyone that has ever played golf...hell it almost cost Tiger the masters even after his chip on 16...He lines up 17 and tries to hit it too hard and ends up in the rough. Just swing the club and let it do the work. Once you tighten up the face is coming open or closing up or you are breaking your wrist to early or too late...man I gots to get out... :thumb:

You all play golf? Damn. Too bad you don't live near me.

I'd KILL to play a round or two of 100+ golf. :)

100+ is about my handicap at this point...I just started playing...I dont even have clubs yet..I still borrow a buddies clubs when we are out...I think that the getting to the driving range is going to be my goal for the next week or so... :thumb:
