Not sure what server you're on - but I play on Korgath.

According to wow progress, we're the 4th ranked US server in raid progression. I totally believe that because of the sheer number of server transfers and how active the economy is. My guild is 34th in progression on Korgath and if we were to move servers we could be much higher. We choose not to though, we enjoy the competition.

What makes a server best? I like raiding and dinging achievements. I have some friends that play on Scarlet Crusade that say its all about role playing over there.

I raid but I like to have fun doing it. You have these guilds that you have to apply to. You apply for a job.

I run on Alleria. I have no idea what the server ranking is or what my current guild ranking is nor do I really give a damn.

What is the best server? Really depends on what you like to do. I have multiple 80's that are all in ICC 25 and I have a great time. I am easy going.

Was in a 25 man last week where some guy started cursing on vent due to people not doing so well on one boss. My response? "Dude. Cursing at people really makes people want to stay and try harder." He logged off vent and one of his guildies took over. Explained the fight in detail without so much as raising his voice. Yeah we killed the boss right after that.

I am now in that guild actually.

Thing is I think people who already play would make a new character and join but I don't think anyone is inclined to transfer. Let's say we did make a guild on some random server. Being that you might have 80s to worry about on your main server, how often would you check in with the Valiant Mafia. Yes that is the name of the guild damnit. No arguments. No debate.

I have a couple toons left on Undermine where if we wanted to I could fund the cost of the guild.

Yall just let me know and I will set it up.

Anyone here play on Dark Iron?

I just started playing again on that server with some friends from work.

Also, anyone have toons on Kilrogg ? I had two 60s on that one, but quit before BC came out

If WOW was free, I might consider it. Of course, that's only if I didn't have anything to do except play WOW. One of the many reasons I shy away from MMORPG's...they have the potential to addict me far too easily.

Seriously, I liked GearScore. It was a quick way for me to tell who should and should NOT be in a raid.

Just sayin.

Try having 5 lvl 80's... Gems, glyphs, and talents changed. Let's not talk about 310 flying and how I'm going to have to pay for Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdore flying when Cata comes out.

Lego Universe is pretty rad.

I have 3 80s so I understand. My realm does not use gearscore. We use wow-heroes. GS gives you a number. WH gives you everything. I hate GS addon.

5k for 310% flying? I dont even have epic flying on one of my 80s yet. Old world flying I heard was going to be pretty cheap.

DBM is the biggest thing I am worried about along with healbot. My gf heals in every raid I go to so we might not be raiding for a bit.

WoW is one of the main things I do for fun. When they *SQUEE* up my characters to where it's not fun, I am going to complain.
