Two of my best friends live in Phoenix and I've visited them annually for the past couple of years in that fine city. I'm thinking of coordinating next years visit to coincide with that Con. Though San Diego is back on the table too.

Maybe I can do both? :hm:

Hey all,

I'm attending what they're calling a "Kick-Off" event tonight at the convention center for the upcoming Phoenix Con. My friend is going to be featured in a panel this year, so i'm mainly going to support him, but if any Phoenicians are happening to attend, keep an eye out for my wildly thinning yet spiky blonde hair; i'll look pretty much like my avatar, but with a slight red beard...lol. (No Solar glasses either though) :)

Not sure I would've recognized you without those glasses, JonesyAZ. :)

Hey all,

I'm going to be at the PhoenixCon all day Saturday and Sunday, helping my friends out at the "SpazDog Press" booth. I'll be the completely bald guy with the glasses (lol), supporting my bro, Jacques LaGrange, as he releases his first independent comic story, "Shadow Wolf."

Feel free to stop by and introduce yourself if you see me :)

Is that a fan made General Lee or one of the real ones? Very cool either way.

We had a booth for Project 4. The Phoenix con this year was incredible. It was really a huge improvement from prior years and everyone I talked too said it exceeded their expectations.

Here are a few pictures.

This was our booth. We had 3 books for sale that I worked on.

Here is the view from our booth.

I did a bunch of sketches. Here are a couple
Joker.

Joker by Sirac. Mr. Freeze by Hugo. The Penguin by me.
