You're only halfway across the US from me - how could they do that to a good box???
Thanks for the kind words - I use (in my mind) too much bubble-wrap, just for such occasions as yours!

I expect that treatment when I send something via Media Mail... but Priority?
If it were me, I might take the box down to my local Postmaster... it wasn't beat up at all when I sent it out!
Oh yeah - you are very welcome, Jesse!

So, this isn't a new thing? I'd DEFINITELY go to the postmaster! I hate to sound like a whiny little b****, but when I was buying a LOT of comics, my postman used to bring them, not all the way to the door, but would stop 4-5 feet short and literally throw the boxes on the porch. I had to file my one-and-only insurance claim with the PO because of that guy, and it was for a CGC slab. I got my money back, but either the comic was thrown away, or someone's kid got a neat present. Anyways, after that, I went down to the PO and talked with the postmaster. The very next box I got, the mailman placed the box on the porch nicely. I know, I watched surreptitiously!h-comics wrote:Nah, now worries.I think i have a lazy mean postman..this not the first time my packages come in like this.

Don't do that - it really gets you nowhere except the mailman now knows how to treat your packages! Let his boss tell him, as he can threaten the postal worker with transferring him to really crappy routes...h-comics wrote:I got some more stuff coming in...if this repeats again then we got a problem. Then I will take your advice and head to the PO and complain, or comfront the guy myself.

Yesterday, I received my comic book order from comicguy. For basically coming out of a 'cheap bin' kind of this, the books got to me in GREAT shape. The shipping/packaging was fantastic and the books that were in the box were in fantastic shape !! I am VERY pleased with this transaction... big kudos go out to comicguy !!!
Thanks man...

I'm a few days late on this but I want to throw a HUGE thank you to mrwoogieman for the totally unexpected package the other day. I had no idea what it could be and low and behold, I rip it open to find an X-O ASH project book (the only board project I did not have). I was floored. Words cannot say how much this meant to me. After long years of trying to get one of these it's nice to not worry any longer.
Thank you, Bill
