Pretty easy question.

It could be anything from Vintage Star Wars figures to all the Marvel Ultimate titles to coins, stamps and non-sports trading cards. I tend to collect A LOT of stuff. It gets kinda crazy and I go in phases and to a fault I NEVER have stuck to a certain 'thing' to get it complete... except my Cyberfoce books and I am probably at 98% on those.

So, what wild and karazy things do you collect ? Also, I would LOVE to see some pics of collections, items and well, just some stuff that folks may not have seen. Even within the DU... there are some items that members would like to see that they never knew existed !!!

I don't regard it as collecting as much as accumulating. Toy soldiers (mainly by games Workshop) - bloody thousands of 'em! :|

Yes, I have other geeky hobbies... :(

I actually don't actively collect anything more than comics anymore, though I still have some remnants of stuff I used to collect:

Toys - Star Wars and other assorted action figures.

Godzilla stuff - DVDs, toys, movie posters, I was a big kaiju geek.

Role-Playing games - Though I really only played D&D, I loved buying and reading other RPG's. I would pick this hobby back up, but some of those books are just too dang expensive. I'll get stuff used though.

The majority of them Draco I got them for 25 cents apiece except for the Spawn #4 which still demands $5 dollars apiece at times. That is how it started bro I got them for cheap and just continued from there.

nothing really. I still have some basketball cards that I collected for about 2 years, incluning rookie cards for Swaq and Dr J. If I thought someone wanted them, I'd unload them.

I have a big pile of books from James Patterson, not because I collect them but because I read them. I give them to people whenever they ask for a good read.

I do have a thing for DC direct figures and although i sold a big hit over five years ago im tempted back again.

I have a good hit of early ones all boxed including the ever cool Blue Beetle( complete with lipstick).

Plenty of these to go for if you have time and money.

I am into collecting superhero mini busts and full size statues (an expensive side hobby).

I also am trying to complete my vintage Star Wars Figures collection. I have not paid attention to it for so long that I have forgotten which ones I still need.

I also collect non-sports trading cards and I have NO IDEA of how many that I have. For the most part I am getting all those 90's sets that I never got a chance to get back in the day, now for CHEAP. One set that has ever eluded me is the Cyberforce card set. I've been wanting that set for years. I am VERY lucky though to have a complete common set of Marvel Masterpieces 1995 and 1996 (still working on all the chase cards though... BUGGER)

I will try and post pics of my current statue collection tonight as it has changed recently. I cannot access photobucket here at work.

EDIT: Not sure as I can't really 'see' it here at work but this is the most recent pic of the whole thing.
Image
I'll try and get a new one up tonight.

Anybody else here collect super hero trading cards ?

Yes!

...backburner collection for the time being, but I am working through opening and sorting 19 unopened and 6 opened boxes of Deathmate cards.

I think I am up to 21 sets. Quite a few doubles on chase cards too.
