Savage Comics Sale on eBay
Hi all,
I'm no store advocate but saw a 50% off sale on a ton of Valiant/Acclaim stuff, all BINs. Not amazing deals, even after the discount, but still worth a look. Free shipping to US on 10 or more books. Being in Canada I grabbed 8 books to keep shipping at $8, and my motivation was grabbing Turok 47 at $15, plus I needed all of these (except X-O 3) and BINs simply saves me time:

CEAR for $35? I've never seen it that low on there, even before last year. And now I only see the 9.6 copies that MyComicArt seem to have a ton of, going for $300 at the buzzer, which is too much for me. (Another book I wonder about is Ninjak 1 gold. This book seems alot rarer than other golds, I hardly ever see it up on the bay, been looking for it)Fanboy375 wrote:Actually he is still at the high end of the price guide, even at 50% off.dbostejano wrote:so he's right at guide now.
You have to realize that up until last year, we were still paying $5.00 for Harby #1 and a max of $35.00 for Unity Red and *Chaos Effect Alpha Red (C.E.A.R.)*.

Savage comics is a board member EternalWarrior68 or something close to that.
He was very overpriced, but explained it away as not wanting to actually sell them hence the high prices, which of course is complete nonsense.
I mean if you dont want to sell something dont put it up for sale right!
Dont spend lots of time listing hundreds of items at crazy prices in the hope that people will not buy them.
DUH !!!
He came across as an ok guy till the argument started and i dont think he aquitted himself particularly well to be fair.
Of course this is all IMO so feel free to check the thread where the arguments took place.
cue mod for thread details.
and im out.

Yeah, you would have to be super lucky to have found one for that kind of money in the last several years.ilan wrote:*Chaos Effect Alpha Red (C.E.A.R.)* for $35? Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.
