Do all preunity covers match an inside panel?
what about x-o manowar 5?? are there others?

Second last panel comes close, but is not an exact match. Still way better match than for Magnus 0 and Magnus 1 for instance. How close match do we require?muzzsucker wrote:what about x-o manowar 5?? are there others?

That's true... there are matches that are slightly before or after or "other angles" on the same scene.dave wrote:i prefer it to be a close match-like a photo snapshot 10 seconds earlier or later-giving a different perspective of the same event. but that's just me.
I don't know if there's one in every pre-Unity book, but it's very common.
I always liked seeing those.

Now that I think about it, a lot of the number 1 issues didn't match.
I don't really remember the cover of Rai 1 being a panel. Harbinger 1 neither.
Also, the "Rai #1" backside of Magnus 5, I don't recall that being a panel.
I don't remember Armstrong carrying Archer away from bullets in front of a big yellow dot either.

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Yeah, I know there is a similar panel in the comic. I was just pointing out how outstanding I think that cover is. It gets to the root of what Solar is all about.slym2none wrote:Well, there is a panel similar to that in the comic...Dr. Solar wrote:Best cover ever?slym2none wrote:One of my faves...

Gotcha... I thought you were questioning whether or not.....Dr. Solar wrote:Yeah, I know there is a similar panel in the comic. I was just pointing out how outstanding I think that cover is. It gets to the root of what Solar is all about.
It doesn't take much snow for me to get the drift.
