Well it appears they didnt want it to be released with the same printing error as the last so its well worth the wait for me

I asked my comic guy if he was getting it next week and he said it wasn't on his list from Diamond. Are they not listing it or is he just not getting it?

You should have asked him that question because since it wasn't a cancelled or resoliticited title, as far as Diamond is concerned they already listed it so it's officially "out there" but has been delayed getting to the comic stores. That's what I understood from one of the posts here anyway.
