If Valiant Comes back, What Characters would you want Kept?
Some characters I loved and some towards the end I didn't care for so much.
WHich Characters would you like to see come back?
I'm up for the original Line up.
Dr. Solar, Magnus, X-O, Turok, Eternal Warrior, Shadow Man, Rai, Bloodshot, Harbinger, Archer and Armstrong and Hard Corps.
I loved the GoldKey remakes. Kind of wish they would have done Mighty Sampson from Gold Key as well. He was cool.
But I love all the Original Valiant Titles. I wasn't so much thrilled with Geomancer, PSi Lords, The Visitor, Dr. Mirage.
But that is just me. Opinions are that, just Opinions.
What are you favorites you would love to see in action again?

I pretty much agree with your list, but I'd drop Turok and Hard Corps... Never was a fan of either of those. Though I do get my wish with Turok, since Dark Horse owns the Gold Key rights now... but it costs us Magnus and Solar.
I also wouldn't mind seeing Dr. Mirage come back. I always liked that comic.

we'd all love to see the original eight, but that can't happen right away because they don't currently have the rights to the gold key characters...so perhaps we'll only have four or five titles...all set in the present (no magnus/rai)
even if there is only one monthly, i'd be ecstatic for starters!
harbinger, ew, bloodshot, hard corps and a & a would be pretty good.
not sure what the deal with shadowman will be...never liked ninjak or saw the need for it truthfully.

Cool
I agree,
Ninjak was not one of my favorites either. That sucks about GoldKey. I wonder what Dark Horse is going to do with it. So Magnus and Solar are gone. Thats a shame. Damn Acclaim destroyed Valiant, but it's ok. I think they can make a come back with old characters and a whole new line of new characters as long as they aren't too cheesy.

If VEI started out with a few core titles and then had a monthly book introducing the other characters in the universe that might be a good way to work into other titles. Id like them to start out with 4 core titles and then move up from there. 8 titles is perfect..I think 10 titles is too much.
X-O
Harbinger
Bloodshot
Eternal Warrior, including Archer and Armstrong a bit
Shadowman

I liked SLoDM. I thought it was a bit different. Some issues were kinda dumb, but it sort of had an early A&A feel on some issues. Maybe I just liked Carmen.
I also like the idea and concept of Hard Corps. I like the fact of non-harbingers super-powered. The end was terrible, but the early issues were pretty good. I really liked Hard C #2. When they blew up Big Boy's head.... quite a visual.
I was not interested in Psi-Lords (but, again, the concept is good - Hard Corps in the future)
I think that VEI could really develop some of the Eggbreakers into more important characters.
I hope that VEI builds the universe around Harada, Aric, Gilly, Arm, Bloodshot, Sting, Master Darque, and a Shadowman (hopefully Jack, but whoever is fine with me).... and then if they do future books, a Rai. But I hope it is a Rai that was similar to Tohru Nakadai, the later Rais had nothing to do with Japan, to me, that killed my interest in the character. (I love the struggle between traditional/modern)
And then they need to develop a super interesting new character (hopefully a "bad guy") like MotherGod.
But for me, VEI could set up all it's stories around Toyo for a year or so.
