Whovian's House Of Random Goodies
Well, I have a few things that I've really gotten into in an attempt to trim down my collecting focuses. I'll post a few of them in here. Might not blow anyone away, and sometimes I only bought them because they fit a "theme" and had a great cover. But, hopefully they'll be of interest to someone.

First, I love CGC Signature Series books, and have a few worth mentioning....

Andy & Joe Kubert

Jim Starlin

Strangely, my love for Valiant and the art of Bob Hall, BWS, and others, rekindled a childhood love.
Way before I knew who Joe Kubert was, or what his effect on the history of comics was, I loved the old covers of Tarzan from DC, and many other titles. I wasn't into war books then, but still thought the covers were cool. Boy, if only I'd have picked up the 2 copies of G.I. Combat at the flea market I stumbled accross once for next to nothing way back then. That's the first Haunted Tank for anyone who doesn't know.
But, I'm slowly put together a collection that I can be a little proud of.
First, here's a few of the war books...

It's not in fantastic shape, but it is my only rear war key.

Now, I don't really love early Image books. But, when these were new they were almost impossible to find at anything less than the unreasonably inflated prices they were at. So, when I saw these two in CGC SS 9.4 by William Messner Loebs on Ebay, I had to pull the trigger.
Especially at the scandalously low price I got them for.
