It's hard to tell from the pic, but that looks like the rarer priced variant. If so, that is a super deal.

Come on, Ryan, we all know those books went extinct a long time ago.

They are still there. You just gotta spend the time to find them. This is the second copy in 6 months I have found in a shop for cheap. There are more out there.
