I started the nerdery early and sat in the Shat's chair. There's a Trek exhibition at the San Diego Air & SPace museum. It's a bit pricey, but most Trek things are. Decent exhibit.

$24 to get in, they use their photographers, $22 for one picture, $32 for two with frame, more for holodeck picture. Pretty cool, most people who would consider this are way bigger into Trek than me. But me and my group of ne'er do wells ended up with some sweet sweet pictures. (And by sweet, I mean Spanish Fly-but in reverse).

Alright, i'm sitting in the 'tent' area waiting to go inside at 6pm. There are TONS of people! They stated letting people get their passes a little early so i got mine about 1pm and then just walked around for a while in the gas lamp area. Got food and ice cream.

I went over to Petco Park and you can walk right up to the out field fence and reach in and touch the warning track. That was cool.

I'll try to post some pics later on .
