When will single issues be available of new stories?
I have these issues already and they can be picked up in quarter bins.
The small story does not generate enough interest to pay the premium price for .25 cent issues.

To me, the new story is obviously a draw.

There's also the new coloring. I like the new take on the stories. I loved the original coloring, but this is definitely different.

There's the new cover art.

There's also the idea of a hardcover collection. I have wanted a complete hardcover Valiant collection for a long time. I honestly thought about having issues bound like other members here have begun doing. I'm not sure how far VEI plans to take these hardcovers, but it's possible that they may eventually reprint the entire universe in hardcover form. I realize that may not be for everyone, but it's right up my alley.

...& if they stop printing new hardcovers then I'll have a good idea how I'll get the remaining books in the set bound on my own. Any way I look at it, it's a win-win. :thumb:

Yeah, we're all anxious for new material, but the hard covers are nice in the meantime. It's great to see that the old school writers and artists are getting involved with these books.

I've been thinking about getting my reading set of books bound as well. I wish I knew where VEI was gonna stop with teh reprints so I could get that going. I would rather have one of the VEI reprints than a bound collection of the original issues.
