Q & W ORDER?

Hey, anyone know off hand the order to read the Quantum & Woody Run, I know that there was that #32 that threw everything off due to the break in the Run from V-H2 to V-H3

Publication Order.

Chronology wise 32 would have been the actual 32 if the book had continued that long.

#32 came out after #17 before #18, but the storyline in #32 is "way ahead".

You should be able to read them in order, with #32 being something that happens
nearly a year after #21.

ohh trip, ok yea I was wondering if it was something tricky like that, interesting. So do you suggest I just read it in order than? making #32 the last read? I think that's probably the way to go but just making sure.

Well, you can read #32 after #17 to simulate the order they were released.

It doesn't matter if you read #32 after #21 because there is a gap of at least 10 issues
no matter what order you read them in.

I'm a fan of reading books in the order they were released because
it mirrors the creative process within the company at the time.

Books like Turok #0 might take place before the early books,
but it wasn't written then... it wasn't written by the original creators
thinking the things they originally thought.

Release order has always been more important to me than "story order".

But it's really a matter of taste. Which order should you watch the 6 Star Wars movies?

I would hope you have better things to do like watch paint dry, clip your toe nails, or water the plants than watch starwars...

I watch Star Wars 1,2,3,4,5,6 because it makes more sence to me.

IF VEI were to publish a new Quantum & Woody series they should use the old number system with the tag line "And you thought Marvel Comics' numbering system was screwy!" on #22 and they shouold also use the Acclaim Comics Logo box. :P :thumb: :D

I fire up my LASERDISC player, and watch the best THX discs of the original trilogy that weren't F%$ed with and pretend episode I, II, III and special edition were a bad dream.

Seriously though, I think all comics are best read in the order that they are released in. Even "prequel" type stuff is done knowing the audience is generally filled in on future events so it's still entertaining.

Marvel is no where as bad as DC just try to figure out those messes.

It's Marvel's cash cow, of course they're going to respect it more.
