The Characters, Items, Locations, and Groups sections contain entries from both the VALIANT Universe and Independent Properties sections.thePike wrote:Shouldn't Vincent Van Goat be under independants and not Characters?
I corrected some minor grammatical errors in Ninjak; nothing big

Nice job MotA, I'm sure that was a ton of work, and it looks good.
I did make an alteration to Solar's entry. Instead of saying that he came from a different reality, I said that he came from a different temporal dimension.

Yeah, but that changes what was published by VALIANT in the Unity TPB, right? That's your opinion vs. published history, no?ManofTheAtom wrote:I did make an alteration to Solar's entry. Instead of saying that he came from a different reality, I said that he came from a different temporal dimension.
NOT fighting, just pointing it out.

The problem is that even in the published comics there are inconcistancies. Some say he came from a different universe, others say that he came from a different time.
It wasn't so much opinion vs published fact, but more like a judgement call.
I took the facts from Second Death and ignored most of the others that contradicted it.
For instance, in Solar #10 there is a scene where Geoff senses when Solar destroyed the world (notice that he sensed Solar's destruction of the world, NOT his arrival on his (Geoff's) Earth. The scene took place on April whenever, the day that Phil destroyed the Earth, not September whenever, the day Phil arrived in the past.. though I believe that he did sense both).
The judgement call went something like this.
In one temporal dimension, Phil destroyed the world, then went back in time and prevented the destruction, altering the one single reality.
When the day of the Earth's destruction came around again, Geoff sensed the echo left by the destruction of the original temporal dimension (as opposed to feeling the destruction as it happened in another reality, for if the event took place in another reality, it's unlikely that Geoff would have been aware of it).

Oh, I'm treating Solar and Phil Seleski as one individual. Like the Sting and Pete Stanchek entries. Two different entries for the same character.JustCallMeAric wrote:Why did you take down Solar? Solar and Dr. Solar are 2 different people.
A Solar entry should more than likely have a redirect to the Phil Seleski entry.
