I'm sorry to hear that. Valiant could use your support. And the book is really something special - the new coloring looks great, we've improved on the process used in Harbinger: The Beginning, Bob Layton's story rocks, Mike Leeke really delivered on the art and wait till you see Sean's cover!Virgule wrote:preorder in february's previews for items due in april
Actually i'm out.
i bought the harbinger HC and it was great but i really can afford starting and HC collection of all valiant.
Iwould go for essential black and white big chunk of stuff but I really can't see myself going HC for full valiant.... nor starting a collection that may not go to its end (though i really hope not of course).

I think the problem is it wasn't even a day. In fact, it wasn't even DURING THE DAY. He's really a sleepwalker and scribbled the art while in a fugue state at 4 am. Well...he is an editor, after all. He should edit his current art right outta the building, imo. I long for the days when he still had drive in his work.

I'm back into comics from you guys
I'm totally on board for any and all content you guys put out that sticks to the spirit of PreUnity until about 2 years after Unity. I had totally drifted from the scene and just happened upon the info that Valiant was back a couple weeks ago. I bought the Harbinger HC on Amazon and will buy the XO one too.dino wrote:I'm sorry to hear that. Valiant could use your support. Obviously I hope you have some great new material in the works.
But as for other reprints I would love: here is my wishlist order haha
1. A full hardcover of Unity (could be two volumes)
2. Magnus 0-8 with the Rai flip book parts worked in their natural order
3. a multi volume Malev Wars collection
4. Archer and Armstrong 0-15 (could be two volumes as well)
5. pre Unity Solar
* the pre unity Harbinger and XO would have been at the top of my list so I really trust you guys decision
Just remember that you will keep picking up more people like me who have blown off monthly "hero" comics for a long time.

Sadly I'm going to have to be out on this too... at least until I finish uni at end of June and get myself some work.dino wrote:I'm sorry to hear that. Valiant could use your support. As soon as the proper monthly comics get going... I'm there. Hardcovers are just too pricey, would love to read the new story though. Hope all the short new stories (Harbinger, X-O and whatever may follow) will be collected somewhere else.

It's awesome that VEI is back and putting books out, but I have to go with Jedi on this one.jedimarley wrote:dino wrote:I'm sorry to hear that. Valiant could use your support.
