Your best bet is to buy it in chunks off of eBay.

Would you guys consider it a good investment if I could get a whole set (1-24) including #15 for around $300 or is it just hyped right now?

Actually, that is about the right price. Sometimes you can get a complete run for around $250.00. For $300.00, make sure issue #15 is in NM condidtion or better.

I'm thinking it's way cheaper to bite the bullet so to speak and buy a complete run as opposed to buying each issue piecemeal... I really would like a Gold Card #1 though...
