Getting back in the saddle.

Post by steverino »

Well, I've gotten my computer finally set up..... mostly, and with the encouragement from my fiancee, I'm finally breaking out the sketch book and doing some art once again.

I think she just wants the computer to herself though.

Anyways, here's my latest and please... do be kind.

I'm rusty.

Soon enough, my friend.

I'm currently working on a anti-drug ad. After that's done, I figure I'll do a Shadowman piece.

Glad you liked it. :thumb:

Who else here is talented? I can't draw for squat, that's why I like to look at the pretty pictures in my books and on here. Great job 'Rino.

That really is an extraordinary rendition of Aric. I like it a LOT. Maybe you should apply to Dino and company as a "new Knob"? IF they even decide to have such things.

I remembered that and should have mentioned them in my post. Sorry guys  . What I meant was who here is keeping their talent close to the vest and has yet to put anything up on the boards.

Again sorry for all of you who have posted and that I failed to mention.

Okay, I've been extremely busy these last couple weeks and it doesn't look like it'll be slowing down much. BUT... I'm still determined to get back into art.

This is my latest sketch, not quite as good as I was hoping but I think I'm making a lot of progress pretty quickly. I'm hoping to be back to where I was before I quit sometime around June.

Hope you guys likey.

You should start to see some finished work before long; I got some cool ideas for this year and you're going to see some very dynamic stuff.

Please stay tuned. :thumb:

Thanks for the compliment, but I don't think I want to post it there.

That thread seems to be dedicated to published or commissioned pieces. Mine is just fan art for now. It'd seem kinda like derailing it to me.
