i always wanted to read almost all of the early valiants (shooter and friends) when i start collecting...but that stuff was insane expensive...way over-priced in my opinion....so when they greatly lowered in price, i had a series of wet-dreams of comic book violence and stories much different than any other universes. i started by buying middle issues from the cheap bins, then collections off e-bay. i'm still a poor bastich, so i'm trying to find the best deals or trade for the pre-unity stories that i want to read. its funney...guides say that they aren't worth much...they don't even include them (untill magnus in wizard lately). but they are still verly underground valuable....i'm trying to get them before they start getting even more popular...i'm afraid that the same thing that happened to them in th beginning will happen again (i really don't mind if they are worthless)

hellz yeah, buddy....being a cheap mom f-er...i guess that is why valiant is like the only comics i buy anymore....even though i'm a big punisher fan...but also....alan moore is always worth dishing out money for (of course the same goes for senior master-blaster shooter).....by the way....is shooter working on anything right now?

Just keep plugging away and be patient. Buying some of the series runs on ebay will usually save you more money per each issue. Right now with Valiant in the semi spotlight again, it is not the greatest time for bargain hunters but I've seen some deals here and there lately. Good luck!
