A few moral ideas about killing, but basically a big "so what". Not an interesting story and not bringing us forward with the bigger story. Except showing one of the men in black, which already feels uninteresting.

As magnus said, a filler story. Flamingo's background was explored in this little tidbit where she talks with the blind preacher in the earlier issues. Now when they both get kidnapped by a cult, Vis steps in to save the day. He shows up, the bad guys scatter. Flam gets hurt, and Vis tries to kill the guy. He lets them all go, citing Karma will get them

2/5 for being filler, and not even good filler
