blast me for this, but......

I like the Magic: The Gathering comics. (I have never played the game, but what can I say) Earlier this summer I got a few of them for .20 because I remember them advertised in the Val. books. I didn't read them for a bit, but I decided to give one a chance. I liked it.

It must be my D&D background. So I just got a bunch more for .50 at the wharehouse convention I just went to. I have not looked for a checklist yet, but that will e my next step. The are is ok but I like the fantasy stories.

So now I have something else that I am going to try to collect. I am a bit worried about this, I recall someone here mentioning that there were a grip of Magic comics. We will see.

Just curious, does any one else have these?

I have no intrest in the cards, in fact most of the books come with cards, if anyone wanted these let me know.

Gimme. :P I used to have just shy of 10,000. Yes, 10,000. Until my ex sold them for crack.

I will take them. :thumb:

I would love to get my collection back. I had them sorted by series, then by color, and finally I had them alphabetized. It's not so much the cards that I am *SQUEE* off about. It's the effort that went into the organizing that is now wasted.

There's a game? Is it based on the comics? jk :P

I would think I have most of the US ones. Of the foreign reprints I'm sure I miss most :hm:

don't forget about the Mage Knight comics based on wizkids now defunct game.

they are ok as well, but I like the magic ones a lot more.

oh and speaking of magic, if you like the comics the novels rock. especially the mirrodin cycle.

you can get the novel in a fatpack with a couple of packs of cards and some specials for around 20.00 or buy the novel at a bookstore.
