Plus, he doesn't have issue 4...just tries to slip that little detail past us.

I should watch that. If somebody is actually willing to spend $99 on a short run of Rai, then I should unload some extras.

There is no original art here, only a photostat (fancy xerox). I wrote to ask him, here's the exchange:

There has always been a confusion between "original art" and "used as printing original". I believe that the seller is wrong in using the word "art" as he does, and that you're not insane

It is original, it is considered art (anything you hand over to a printer is referred to as art), but it is also production material. He should label it as original production art.
