=== EBAY SELLER SCAMMER ===

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... dback:2:us

ebay name - thebeststuff02

sells alot of foreign Valiants.

I bought 7 from him on December- 17,2006
and still no books, first time I emailed his to ask he said his 'assistant' didnt mail them that he would take care of it and that he only mails out items once a month, thats why he doesn't have items up all the time, only once a month! Second time (2 weeks agao) he said he didnt have my correct address and was waiting for me to send it to him (WTF?????). Now, Monday, I told him if I didn't hear back on where my books were I'd send a report to eBay and Paypal...no answer...So, today I sent a complaint to Paypal and eBay. He has more Valiants up on eBay..friggin scammer..ARRRRRGGGHHHHH :!:

Hell - I'd sell you a CGC 9.8 version of the Platinum one for that much. :twisted:

It is the only CGC book I have and I am not looking to part with it, but for $300.00 I would definately consider it. :wink:

Chris

I did report him..I already told him he was reported. Sadly, I won one of his auctions before I caught on, and told him I wasn't going to pay because I was shilled.

Some of the relisted auctions sold for more, some for significantly more, some for less. I haven't crunched the numbers to see if he got a net gain.

He sent me an e-mail saying he was going to leave negative feedback, and a non-paying bidder (which he can't, if I can get him booted.)

Superman #5

Book is extensively restored. To the seller's credit, he does admit it's restored, just not the fact that it's a frankenbook.

Just thought anyone considering this book might need this info. :thumb:
