Some of the auctions I reported were relisted exactly the same.
This guy has 2 clear listing violations and eBay still is allowing the auctions to run. Using CGC in the title and the Paypal logo when not accepting paypal.

Maybe if some others would use the following:

eBay recently made it against the rules to charge more for insurance than the actual cost. You may want to look into that. And you are not being unreasonable.
