This guy has 2 clear listing violations and eBay still is allowing the auctions to run. Using CGC in the title and the Paypal logo when not accepting paypal.

Maybe if some others would use the following:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/mis ... itles.html
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/pay ... ments.html

Not surprising... eBay gets their money, why should they ban him???x-omatic wrote:Some of the auctions I reported were relisted exactly the same.slym2none wrote:x-omatic wrote:Not to worry. Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

eBay recently made it against the rules to charge more for insurance than the actual cost. You may want to look into that. And you are not being unreasonable.Jay Tomio wrote:I just asked somebody to pay me back for the insurance fee they charged me when my package wasn't insured. It's rather strange because it makes me feel like a penny pincher (which I'm really not - and not because there is anything wrong in being one) and this actually happens quite a bit. Is this (which I alwayd presume) blatant trying to make a extra couple of bucks or generally understandable mistake in your experiences?
I just feel like a tard asking someone to paypal me $2, but I wonder if that's the point?

Nope, not being unreasonable - I had to go through something like this not long ago. It's in a thread around here somewhere.....ckb wrote:eBay recently made it against the rules to charge more for insurance than the actual cost. You may want to look into that.
