You guys should start selling overseas. I've found it's not as big a hassle as I always thought it would be. The only additional work is to figure out postage correctly and fill out a small customs sticker, which doesn't take up much time at all. You'll find you get more buyers and higher bids that way. Flinx is a great buyer, he pays very quickly and understands the extra cost that is involved in shipping items overseas.Another one I can't bid on.
Flinx, if there are any specific books you are looking for, you can feel free to drop me a want list PM. Otherwise, know that you can always feel free to bid on my auctions. Thanks for your past business, the Armorines set went out yesterday.

I disagree that's it not a hassle. It's easy if you say everything is a gift and valued at less than $50. If you want to acutually declare stuff properly, you get into places on the forms that suck.
I do it anyway, though.

The thing that I've given by the Post Office clerk every time I've shipped something outside the US has been a small form, I believe it's a sticker they affix to the package. You describe the item, how much it's worth and whether it's a gift, merchandise (there's another option, but I don't recall it). I always fill that out truthfully, that it is merchandise and the value paid for it. Then you fill out your address and the receiver's address and sign it. That's all there is to it on my end. I don't know what happens on the other end, I've heard something about duties or something but it's been easy every time for me. Maybe my post office isn't giving me the correct form, but the packages have been getting to where they need to go, so I haven't had any problems yet. Maybe it could be the countries I've shipped to. It's been basically just Canada and Australia for me so far.I disagree that's it not a hassle. It's easy if you say everything is a gift and valued at less than $50. Hi everyone
Thank you for your advice & kind words & offers to help.
Usually I ask if they will ship overseas, but I've had a few knock backs lately so I was probably feeling down when I posted my first message.
Hopefully soon I will be able to post a want list, but at present my collection is totally disorganised. I'm trying to sort it out.

I think it's the $$ amount. If you go above a certain number, the small form doesn't work anymore.
